Rude Intercape drivers

I boarded a bus last Friday, the 10th March from Kokstad to East London which was supposed to be departing at 11:30. Firstly it arrived very late and there was no explanation instead we were rushed as we were boarding the it departed after 12. We didn't have any stop to refresh which is rather unfair for a 6 hour long journey and when we arrived in East London the bus parked at the street next to the Windmill park as we went to collect our luggage of the men wearing uniform with Intercape logo was so rude at us. He didn't want to take the luggage stickers and look for the tour bag/s instead he instructed us to point at the bags which was rather difficult since it was already dark and some of the bags were below other. Worst bus journey experience ever.
