Rude drivers

Intercape bus that traveled from Durban to cape town on the 2and of January

What an odeal the driver's are so rude and refused to make any stops to the extent that they treated passengers. Around 6am the stopped in the middle of the road so passengers can pee because they had not made any stops from 21h00 the previous day. People have different conditions that can not handle such situations.

I'm so disappointed
