Rude drivers

<p>So I book the Intercape from Dbn to Jhb, 9pm, after the longest time, what a disappointment. Driver being absolutely rude and insensitive, cabin crew chatting up the passangers instead of helping passangers in need, i was unbelievably disappointed. I asked one of the staff guys to switch of the aircon, 3 hours later i was still freezing from the aircon. The whole bus wanted the aircon off but the driver would switch it off for 5 minutes then back on again. The helpline is just as useless because i called them 3 times but the problem still persists. I don't have energy to once again ask or call for help. We all sniffing in this bus but the crew does not care. It's sad to say that if i ever had to take a bus again, I would not ever again consider Intercape, which is sad because Intercape was my prefered bus until today. The service has really gone down over the years, which was why I left it to begin with. But i see it's gone worse than what i can remember, which is unfortunate because there was no bus with better service like the Intercape. Those days are gone, and so I have to let you go as well.</p>
