Rude Driver

Im in a bus 917 from Pretoria to Durban. Left johannesburg at 8:30

We just left hedelburg now and most of us on the top deck asked the driver or assistant to switch off the aircon or put it on a room temperature. We were told that the aircon of theses buses must be cold and the aircon will not be switched off.

I have always used your buses whenever i travel but i have never received such treatment.

If this is a new rule. I would advice you guys to put an advert notifying us that we must bring blankets when we use your buses.

I for one suffering from Arthritis and this temperature is worsening my condition. Already i am experiencing pains on my knee joints and elbows.

I will be forced to go see a GP tomorrow because i know i wont sleep tonight because of this.

Do expect my medical bill. I will not be paying for something that could have benn easily avoided.

No more will i use your coaches again.
