Rude, confrontational and violent intercape staff

I was a minute late for my trip however the bus was still there and doors were open . The guards started shouting at me saying you are late . I admitted being late but I told them the bus is still here so I need to come in and one guard wanted to fight with me and this really made me upset . Please can this nonsense stop . What kind of guards want to beat customers?
