Rude Call center

Was traveling from Aliwal North to Johannesburg waited 3 hours for a late bus. Called thier call center was attended by a rude guy called Akhona who felt the need to ask me how i was inconvenienced by a bus that was 3 hours late when he was telling me its almost in Jamestown. You would expect that he would have apologized on behalf of his company and give me assurance but was rather rude and unprofessional. No customer service at all. Akhona you need proper training and you lack emotional intelligence you have failed yr company....
