Rude bus drivers from Intercape - save your money use another service

My sister caught Intercape travelling from Grahamstown to Midrand. First off, the bus driver ignored her when she was asking why her bags were being packed among the Klerksdorp passengers luggage. Then the bus driver failed to call out her stop and didn't stop at Midrand He drove straight to Pretoria and told her very rudely then to buy another ticket back to Midrand. I called the customer care and they claim that the driver stopped in Midrand for 2 minutes and somehow managed to drop of one passenger but not my sister. However I was waiting at the stop and no bus came through there at all. I demanded a copy of the tracking report to prove that their bus did stop but they refused to send it.
