Rude bus driver

I received a bad customer service from one of ur bus driver firstly when I arrived at durban station the driver rudely said we are on the wrong bus n took out my suitcase from the trailer n throw it outside only to find that our bus has been changed which was da budgetliner n the drivers have been notified and that particular driver was just ******** to the information he just said oooh I forgot n da bus was ready to leave us behind..secondly we arrived at montrose and they did not notify us as passengers that we Changing busses as we wer on our way to the stores to buy food we saw our bus moving n we had to cancel orders rushing to the bus thinking it's leaving us only to find that we changing buses while they did not even notify us what's happening we had to hear from other passengers that we Changing buses n wen we asked the driver rudely said "Manje Nikwatile" I'm really not happy about ICG 161 GP drivers
