Rude and unprofessional Intercape employee

I booked a return ticket from Pretoria to Mthatha, the service and level of disrespect I got from the employee who was helping with check in's. When I approached him of his actions and behaviour, he then got furious and angry threatening me that he has full rights to cancel my trip because I am questioning his work. He did not have his name tag, or intercape logo on his uniform, was was wearing all black at Pretoria station. I requested to speak to his superior and he refused and said he is cancelling my ticket because I was teaching him manners and who do I think I am to just come and tell him how to do his job. I eventually became late for my trip because of this person who was so arrogant and refused to be corrected on the mistake of taking people who came last in the que and jumped us who were in the front.
