Rude

I booked a return ticket from Durban to Johannesburg for 10:00 am for 25 may 2025 so I was not aware with the mistake of departure and time so when we were checking in at Durban Beach intercape the lady told me that the ticket is wrong there is nothing she can and it's not even her on top of that she chased me out saying I should go to other bus station and leave her bus cause I'm crowding her worse point part she did not have a name tag I don't even know what her name was but she was working Sunday in the morning at Durban Beach intercape I would really appreciate if intercape could teach their staff some manners on how to treat their custom I'm really not happy with how she handled the situation which she could have helped with I had to call the head office of intercape to get help with the situation.
