Route I didn't choose

I booked a bus in October only to find out this bus will use N1 the most dangerous route ever. From your online please be specific with your route as I don't like at all the one you chose for me. Nothing you can use to charge your phone, the space between the seats is too small. It's one of the oldest bus ever.
