<p>I bought a ticket at 13:00pm, for travelling at 21:00pm same day, had an emergency had to cancell travelling and I wend to Intercape office in Pretoria at 17:00pm, the refuse to cancel the trip they said has to be done within 24hrs while I was cancelling it within 4hrs after purchase, its a robery, i will never ever ever use your service!!!!</p>
