Roaches on board bus ???? from Pmb to Jhb

Ever since 2018 i have been traveling back & forth between Jhb & Pmb only using Intercape busses. This month i had the worst experience ever where bus ???? 162 on the 13 May was full of roaches all between the top floor. So disgusted ???? i dont know if Intercape can solve this problem as i have been fully satisfied with their services previously.
