****roaches Bus

On the 3rd of December 2021 we were travelling from Johannesburg to Durban we booked Intercape buses as we thought it is the best bus company to use only to find that it is the worst.

We departed well, on our way I started to see ****roaches on the windows I thought it only that one. Iyooh when I saw the other one in from of my seat head rest I felt like crying, traveling for hours being uncomfortable, I have to look around for ****roaches not to get to us we couldn't even sleep thinking of ****roaches. Imagine travelling for 15hours without rest even kids because of untidiness of the bus.

On our way truck drivers were on go slow we were blocked by tracks. I felt like crying the way it was so uncomfortable, no network where we were. Bus drivers never said a word to us no communication or update nothing. There was a time our driver was following another bus when we got to Lady Smith we stopped there for so long and it was very late at night no communication still why we took long. When we got to Intercape station we stopped there for too long again not knowing why we just have to think ourselves why we were stopping we just saw drivers changing there, then after a while we left.

Imagine leaving Johannesburg at 08:30am - 12:00am midnight with ****roaches.

What a nightmare ride we had, we took bus to give kids a bus experience but we will never again.😡😡😡
