****roaches al***** the bus

I am so so so dissapointed in Intercape busses. I was travelling from Cape town to Johannesburg. The bus was a whole 2-3hrs late and did not apologise for this. As if that was not bad enough, 30min into the journey i noticed that the bus had ****roaches which I managed to kill only to discover that the bus is generally infested with ****roaches. The ****roaches were crawling al***** in different sizes, on seats, the floor, the sides, absolutely everywhere. Imagine having such a ride for 17-18hours without feeling any comfort to eat nor sleep. Intercape is too expensive to be giving the worst service and offering such unhygienic experiences!
