****roach infested bus

This is the 2nd time in a week we've traveled on an Intercape bus. The first time was acceptable but this time, it's horrible. As we are on the bus right now, there are ****roaches everywhere, the USB ports aren't working, so no phone charging, the backseats are full of urine and the smell is everywhere.

We still have to be on this bus for the next 18+ hours.

Is there no cleaning service or process where the busses gets cleaned at least every once in a while. This is a health hazzard and honestly the most disturbing experience I've personally had on a bus.

Please make it a priority to clean the busses. There are babies also riding on the bus and it can't be good for anyone sitting in a ****roach infested, urine smelling bus for almost a day.
