The worst experience travelling with this bus ever. I reserved a seat and paid extra for it only to get to the bus to be told I can't seat there because someone is already occupying it. The drivers are rude and did nothing to try and solve the issue. What's the point of reserved seating if you not going to use and have people pay extra for it. This is a unjust and unfair treatment by the bus company with a good reputation. Last time I am being a loyal customer
