I travelled on the Intercape bus on the 3rd April 2015 on my way to East London from Cape Town, as well as on the 5th of Aprilfrom East London , back to Cape Town. Firstly there is no hostess on the bus , i paid for a bus that has hostess not a bus whereby you do not even get any coffee, secondly, lack of refreshments stops during the trip, thirdly the toilet facility on your buses is so appaling, the toilet was filled to its maximum capacity because there are basicaly no refreshment stops, only 3 stops for the entire journey, do you think we are animals, fourthly, i unfortunately had to travel on the same bus again on my return to Cape Town with my 4 year old child, your bus was leaking as it was raining the water leaked to the floor on the bus , we had to sit there with the water , the toilet also had water on the floor , there is no door seperating us from the toilet , the smell was absolutely horrific, the fan from the bus made such noise that we could not even hear the dvd, i will not be travelling with your disgusting buses again. I paid over R2000 and to receive such bad service is quite dusturbing and i will be telling everyone I know not to travel with your stinking buses
