Reject Buses being sent to Zimbabwe

<p>This bus is supposed to be a luxury bus and clearly its prices make it so but have had terrible experiences with their buses each time they travel to Zim. Its as if they take their bus that's about to die to Zimbabwe. If you take their buses elsewhere in South Africa they are fine. Seriously I thought this was the best bus but for 2 trips in a row they have hugely disppointed me. The bus from Joburg to Harare broke down in Masvingo and people who were supposed to be home in the morning found themselves home late afternoon because of a broken bus. Then my sister took their bus to Masvingo and what do you know it breaks down again? Please just because we rarely ever complain doesn't mean you should have the worst service in Zim. This is greatly disheartening, why would you do this times without number.</p>
