Refused to refund my money.

Hi' on the 4th of January 2021 I booked a bus tickets for the 5th of January 2021. But unfortunately I had a problem to arrive at the bus station on time due to car broke down and also delayed by police regarding the Covid 19 level 3 regulations because it was 2am. Now my problem is Intercape bus services refused to refund my money that I paid online' they say no refunds after departure but I wasn't on the bus and didn't checked in.

Can I please get help to get my money back?
