Refuse Customer on Bus due to over online Bookings

Ticket ref nr ***QP157 , Date of departure 18/05/2015 19:45<br> <br> I travelled all the way from Bothaville to Bloemfontein to catch the Intercape bus which departures at 19:45 to find out, and been refused to climb on the bus for Cape Town, that the bus are full them claiming that there's a problem with the 'online bookings'.<br> I now have to find accommodation for the night and catch the plane tomorrow as I need to be in Cape Town tomorrow (Tuesday 19/05/2015).<br> This is shocking and I will not recommend anyone to use their services. this costs me now a fortune and will not leave it there, they will have to reimburse me for All my expenses!!<br>
