Refusal to give back My refund.

Intercape bus is the worst, i booked and canceled my ticket due to the floods in April. They told me they cant refund my full amount since i had canceled a day before, they will take 25% of the actual amount. I understood cause it made business sense. Now its been 2 months and a big company like Intercape has refused to pay a mere R600. If you thinking of boarding think twice. Dont be fooled by the name. This is bull ****
