refund ticket due to covid

I have been bounced from pillar to post with no friendly staff at all.Ticket booked for the 15th of Dec 2021 and a day before came into contact with someone who had contact and had to get tested lucky was negative however as per law and regulations had to self isolate.Needless to say was unable to use the ticket and when contacting the Branch in PE just got told not their problem thus money down the drain.Have mailed them and nothing.Nowhere on their websites does it mention anything about Covid related refunds so I feel done in.Pathetic service honestly.
