Refund ***** Run Around

Booked a ticket from Bethlehem to Pretoria. Made a mistake with the time booking. My mistake. I canceled within an hour. Refund they said will take 7 days. I am on day 10. When i phone them they say they did refund. It's nowhere to be found. Please advise Intercape. I need my refund.
