Refund overdue

Dear Intercape, it's been over 3weeks that I've been waiting for my refund. Sharon assisted me, this morning 01/08/2023 I called your call centre, Ronaldo put the phone down in my ear as soon as I mentioned a refund query. Will I get my refund as I cancelled my ticket 72hrs before the time and Sharon assured me that everything was in order.
