Refund never processed despite multiple follow-ups

I am extremely disappointed with Intercape’s service. A refund for ticket number ***YC773 has never been processed despite numerous phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Both myself and the passenger contacted Intercape repeatedly and received no meaningful assistance or resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability.

I would not recommend Intercape based on this experience.
