Refund my money Intercape bus SA

20 Dec 2019 18h20 = I've waited for a bus that never came when I asked for my refund they told me I won't get it because the bus did came,I hate intercape their service sucks I haven't got my R1066 till today because to them I sounded like a **** whereas I at the station 30 minutes before 18h20 ...I wouldn't advise anyone to use this bus I hate and I want my money back
