Refund my money

I booked a bus to go to Zim, but had to cancel due to the long qs at the border. booked for another date (sunday 27th) but one of the consultants called me minutes later saying that the bus has been cancelled because of low demand. requested a refund and i was told 4 to 6 weeks. and then someone else called me and told me that they dont do refunds. i need you guys to please refund me as a matter of urgency. after sending numerous emails with no response, a certain Vuyani responded, we do not call passenger. may someone call me with regards to this URGENTLY. thank you.
