refund my money

the worst customer service ever, they made a mess of my booking I am busy following up on my refund no one is getting back to me never book online with this guys they don't take their customers serious, I made a booking and I was then stuck cause there's no longer seats available but they took my money, they could not even make a plan for me, refund my money
