refund from a group outing

good day I made a booking with intercape for 10 people to go to Durban the lady that was helping me gave me the reference an the amount I am suppose to pay which is R3800, I paid that amount the same day the next day when I emailed them the proof of payment they told me that I made payment to APM Buses I told the lady that why did she send me the sms to confirm the booking with another company banking details they told me to go to the bank an reverse that money an pay to their account.so I decided to take that APM bus as I didn't have the time to go to the bank and they date we a leaving was in two weeks .<br> <br> then Rihanna told me that cause I am using APM I paid extra they must refund me I told her to that refund they must add another extra person still I had money to be refunded after they booked for 11 till today no refund I emailed them also cc APM till today no respond from them. please assist me my defence for the tickets is ***
