Refund

I booked a bus with Intercape on the 15/12/2019 via Busband for my child Mr Latita Luvo Mntonintshi from PE to Mthatha and was rejected numerous times. I then phoned Intercape an made the booking directly with them. The busband transaction went off the same day the direct booking went off on the 17/12/2019. The direct amount was R693.89 and the Busband one was R737.81. I've sent countless emails to *** and *** for the refund of the R737.81 to no avail. I've been sent from pillar to post and my bank wants to charge me close to R400 to TRY to retrieve this money. The service by both Intercape and Busband is really pathetic to say the least.
