Refund delays

It takes forever for the refund to be processed I canceled a distance ticket and I'm yet to be refunded. One consultant says I should have received it while another says i will receive it on the 5th. It's really upsetting cause that money has plans hence the cancelation. Poor service I'll never book an intercape ticket again.
