Refund

I'm writing this review because I had a problem with your Customer care today. On Sunday (26 November 2023) I booked a bus and I couldn't climb the bus because I was sick and I went to the office in Johannesburg, park station and they said I can use the bus later but today when I need to use the bus they said I cannot use the bus because the ticket has expired. I was willing to pay the penalty fee but we couldn't because they say the ticket has expired
