Refund

I bought a ticket to UMTATA for 2nd December. Bought it in October. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I can't travel any more. I went back to Joburg Station where I bought it cash they don't want to refund me. They said they can't help me. I tried to reason with them and they didn't even care about my reasons.
