Refund

Booked a ticket for the 02/09. Cancelled the ticket on the 31/08. Was told I will receive a refund between 7 to 14 working days and it will be processed back to the card I had paid with. Today I do a follow up only to be told that I need to send my banking details and I will receive it 2/3 weeks because it was incorrectly processed. No apologize nothing. Not even an effort to spend up the process. I am inconvenienced because of the agent error. But I was changed 25% cancellation fee. Poor and bad service.
