Refund

Had an awful experience. Due to load shedding, traffic and public transport I arrived 5 minutes after the bus departed the station, I could literally see the bus and ran to it but it never stopped. When asking the office to call the driver to maybe wait at the next garage I was told they could not assist instead I forfeited the ticket I had and had to buy a new ticket. Kindly assist in getting a refund
