Refund

I bought a ticket online, my trip was canceled I called to cancel the ticket and I was told my money would be paid back in 7 working days, it's been over a month now and everytime I call they tell me that my money was paid to my credit card which to my surprise I've never had a credit card to begin with

Each time I call they take down my banking details and tell me it will be escalated and that I'll get my money back in 7 working days, which has been the same cycle for over a month now
