Reckless Bus driver

It is today 19 July 2022 and my aupair is currently on a bus with a registration number IGG218GP travelling from Cape Town to Pretoria. They departed last night at 19:00. She phoned me last night in a state and said that the drivers is driving recklessly and overtakes 3 to 4 trucks at a time, she complained about the speed they were driving and the wind that blows against the bus at that speed. The drivers put their headphones on and lock themselves in their cabin. I would like Intercape to investigate this matter. Otherwise hello peter wont be my last complaint.
