Racial Preference

I have been travelling with Intercape buses for more than a decade between Cape Town and Bloemfontein/Ladybrand. I have been left behind by Intercape buses so many times with no mercy or consideration from the Intercape group. At more than one occasion I would even hire a taxi to beat the bus just so I can get on at the next stop. Sometimes I would call the Intercape office to ask if the bus can wait for less than 5 minutes, but as expected, I would be told that the bus cannot wait. This is the principle or service I got to know about Intercape. It comes as a huge shock this morning (27 October 2017) for Intercape bus heading to Durban to be called to return to the Bloemfontein stop because a white man was left behind. It is a disgusting treatment to see, which evidently is contrary to what I thought is a professional conduct by Intercape Group, which as it turns out, it is just a racial preference.
