i bought a bus ticket from johannesburg to Durban, i was not aware.that busbud it is the agent for intercape , so the long story short i was under the impression that the bus fee is R360 only later when i was charged for x2 lagge bags which i didn't have as im not on holiday,, i was charged lagged bags the amount come to R460 paying for services which were not rendered. Day light *******, i went to intercape office to query and the lady said they have reaped me off so i must just accept.it. wether i go to.the media or not it is not going to affect her. How do you deal with this kind of monsters. I want my refund as they promised
