Poorly treated by Pick n Pay in Postmasburg and Intercape

I'm deeply hurt by the dungeon master games Pick n Pay - Postmasbrurg and Intercape is playing with me.

I bought a bus ticket for Intercape at Pick n Pay in Postmasburg on the 30th January 2024 to travel from Kathu to Pretoria on the 31st January 2024. Pick n Pay’s *********** staff book it for the same day on the 30th January 2024 that I make the booking for that evening. The following day I go to Kathu from Groenwater on my way I stopped at postmasburg to buy snacks to my surprise my ticket shows departure 30 Jan and not 31 January 2024. I go to Pick n Pay to show them their mistake, the cashier acknowledged her the manager of Pick n Pay swore high and low he would refund me. I purchased another ticket for 4 people again at R3555 that same day 31 January for the following day as the bus was full. With reassurance fro the Manager of Pick n Pay in Postmasburg that their incompetence will be rectified. Since last week now his playing cat and mouse with me. He says they paid my money to Intercape and he can't refund me, Pick n Pay manager says Intercape must refund me cause they are sitting with my money. If he refunds me he will run at a loss while Intercape has my money. What is heart breaking we are a small village instead of rectifying a mistake a poor mother and bread winner that was working at Pick n Pay in Postmasburg lost her job, Because a greedy manager at Pick n Pay in Postmasburg who wants to be a winner every laid of the poor employee after she acknowledged her mistake.

Now Pick n Pay manager is playing cat and mouse with me it's the 12th of February 2024 now saying I must come again back tomorrow 13th February 2024 for what. Intercape says they don't have my money who is fooling who now. Intercape plays innocent, Pick n Pay in Postmasburg says they are not charity cases Intercape must refund me.

Now I sit what must a widow like me do, Pick n Pay in Postmasburg says I must come again tomorrow on 13 February 2024 what must I come for after I've been there since the whole of last week. Who is going to refund me? I'm disappointed in both Intercape and Pick n Pay someone is sitting with my money and no one is prepared to refund me. I'm highly disappointed 🙁 in the poor service I have received from both parties Intercape and Pick n Pay in Postmasburg. They both deserve no star my heart pain to tick a star to rate their poor service!
