Poorly Serviced Buses and Poor Service

Firstly, we had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes at Parkstation in the cold from Pretoria with no communication.

When the bus finally arrives we're told valves we're broken and had to be fixed.

Now we're stuck in Montrose because of a breakdown. No communication whatsoever.

And since the bus is now hot, cocroaches are surfacing.

Apparently a bus to assist must either come from Johannesburg or Durban, which means more waiting for us and late arrival.

Still, no communication or apology from anyone at this stage.

A driver even admitted that their buses have no time to be Serviced as they are always on the road.

They are just the worst.
