Poorest service

The bus that was suppose to pick up ppl at Botshabelo by 20h40 pm on the 18/06/2021 hasnt arrived as yet and the time now is 2h26 am on thr 19/06/2021 theres no enclosed bus waiting area its very cold these ppl are comprimising other ppls health on cannot be standing outside on this cold weather for such a long time......the place is very dark and unsafe,I am very dissapointed with Intercape should there be any health issues coming up after this Intercape should pay.
