Poorest service

Poorest service ever experienced. The bus was 5min late at beach front and i hade to go to durban station and wait for almost an hour. At montorose i waited 2 hours because there was a breakdown. I had to take a meter taxi because i arrived late in jhb and there was no public transport to take me home. I living in fear because i booked a return ticket with the company because of the trust i had with them.
