Poorest and Unsafe Service
On Thursday 12th March 2015 we embarked from Pretoria to Durban. The following Ticket Numbers have reference:

? ***RE024

? ***XP718

At the Heidelberg weighbridge later the same evening, the Intercape coach (ICG154GP) was found to be OVERLOADED and thus pulled off with a consequent and unacceptable delay - we arrived in Durban at 08h10 on 13th March 2015 and not 05h40.

The most unacceptable elements of this interrupted journey amount to the following:

1. After being pulled off at the above weighbridge, 4 tourists were diplomatically ushered off to an Africa People Mover coach by your staff, leaving the remainder of passengers guessing why they were being discriminated against. There was no communication and transparency.

2. Later (after approximately 2 hours), a clearly marked Intercape midi bus (Toyota Quantum) arrived and a selected and pre identified group of black passengers (that boarded at Johannesburg) were directed to this coach. This was perceived to be pre arranged and looked suspicious since an unknown passenger appeared to be in charge of this exercise - Intercape staff at no stage took charge of the group
