Poorerst of them all, Intercape sucks

The worst experience ever. The bus was scheduled to leave Cape town at 17h30 Tuesday and arrive in Durban the next day at 21h15 Wednesday We took 2 days in a bus only to arrive Thursday at 02h15. When i complain i was told by Luzaan Mackenzie that terms and conditions says the bus can have delays and it is not their fault. Shocking company, I wish Greyhound can now return , they are the best.
