poor timing and no comunication

Hello guys

i bought a ticket today for 23:05 going to johannesburg i waited for the bus till 23:35 and i contacted intercape and they informed me the bus broke down and a replacement is on its way estimate km was 100km

i was not informed i had to call them

so i waited till 01:30 and guess what the bus is still 100km away from were i should board it

consultant who helped me informed me if i want to change the ticket to tomorow i have to pay a admin fee

the bus i have to board in Johannesburg is gonna be miss because of this
