Poor services from Intercape

Don't make use of Intercape bus travelling, their services is poor. My father booked a ticket on the Intercape bus for Monday 15 April at 4:50 am from Colesberg to Welkom. We were there on time and wait for the bus. At 4:55 when I phone Intercape the bus already left early without picking up my father. I left a complain, the person told me that we must drove him to Bloemfontein where the next stop is. Bloemfontein is 200km and 2hours drove from us. Another person from Intercape phone me later and told me that 2 busses left early, it was Intercape's mistake. I told them I will take my father to Welkom but Intercape must cover my expense for the day. On the end Intercape told me that they will not refund me any expense, it was their mistake not mine. I will never make use of Intercape's travelling again.
