Poor services again and again

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding my current trip from Bloemfontein to Cape Town. Firstly, the bus is significantly delayed, currently running approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes late. This has caused frustration among passengers, including myself.

More importantly, I am deeply concerned about the conduct of the driver. The driver has been extremely rude and unprofessional, including using abusive and offensive language towards me (women)by calling me inappropriate names. This behavior is completely unacceptable and has made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.

In addition, despite the cold early morning conditions, the air conditioning is on, making the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. Several passengers have also raised complaints about this.

I kindly request that this matter be urgently addressed. I would appreciate feedback on the steps that will be taken regarding the driver’s conduct and the overall service experienced.
