Poor services

I booked intercape bus from umtata to Cape Town..bus suppose to leave 15h30 at altra city umtata ...bus arrived late past 19h00 and they left umtata bfr 20h00 at nite no apologies they never sad anything to us ....been on this bus more than 24hrs now the bus that was suppose to arrive at Cape Town at 12h05 now it's almost 17h00 I'm still on the way ...the services it's very poor and thas now one thats apologizing to us nothing ....I will never ever in my life take this bus spending the whole 24hr anywy uts more than 24hrs now ....Bus number it's 827 it's 15h30 bus at Altra City umtata ...ticket number :***KE980 and service no:IM0156
